10am - Earth Day History by John Crampton

John will give a short presentation on the history of Earth Day and the Conservation movement (and why it is needed today more than ever!)

10:30 - Capturing Nature - A Digital Photo Event for Kids

A short presentation on digital nature photography, followed by kids taking pictures around beautiful Bush Lake.  Some digital cameras provided.  Feel free to bring your own.  Open to kids of all ages (kids 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult).

11am - Water Smart Landscaping by Gregg Thompson

Gregg will present simple tips for the lawn and the home that can save a lot of water, build better soil, and show how to select the right plants for the right place.

Noon - Lunch / Social Gathering.  Presentation of kids photos. 

Food and drinks provided by Bush Lake Chapter members.

1pm - Bring Nature Home

Paul will provide tiops on how to attract beautiful and diverse wildlife to your own backyard.
